Is the layout of The Cattle City approved?

Yes. Every block follows the approved layout plans prepared by MM Associates, surveyors. The plots, roads and sizes on our 3D maps are taken straight from those approved plans.

Where is The Cattle City located?

In Gadap Town, near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, just past the Karachi Northern Bypass beyond Taiser Town. Our site office is at Plot No. 48/1, Block A, Abdullah Gabole Goth, near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Gate No. 4, Last Stop A-25.

What does a 99-year lease mean?

You hold the plot on a 99-year lease, a long-term right to own and use the land. The plot is registered in the buyer's name.

What plot sizes are available?

Most plots are 1000 sq yd (about 90 × 100 ft). There are also smaller plots from around 250 sq yd and larger plots of up to about 2000 sq yd, depending on the block. Open any block in 3D to see every plot's exact size.

What can I use my plot for?

A cattle or dairy farm, a poultry farm, a weekend farmhouse, crops or an orchard, a fish farm and much more. It's your plot and your plan.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. You can pay in full at the best cash price, or book with a down payment and pay the rest in monthly installments. Possession is given right after full payment.
